Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital and custom nature of website and app design, refunds are processed based on project stages. A full refund is available if requested before work has commenced. Once the initial Discovery or Wireframing phase has begun, a 50% cancellation fee applies to cover labor hours. No refunds will be issued once the final design has been approved or the website/app ownership has been transferred to the client.
Terms & Conditions
By commissioning services from Blackburg LLC, the client agrees to provide timely feedback and materials required for project completion. All intellectual property rights to the final design are transferred to the client only upon receipt of full payment. Blackburg LLC reserves the right to showcase the completed project in our professional portfolio. We are not liable for third-party hosting issues or external software bugs once the project is delivered.
Privacy Policy
Blackburg LLC collects only the information necessary to provide design services, such as names, email addresses, and project briefs. We do not sell or share client data with third parties, except for the purpose of processing payments through secure providers (e.g., Wix Payments). Client data is stored securely and is used solely for project communication and administrative purposes.
Shipping Policy
Blackburg LLC provides digital-only services. No physical products will be shipped. Final deliverables, including design files, app assets, or website ownership transfers, will be delivered electronically via email, secure cloud link (e.g., Figma, Google Drive), or through the Wix Transfer of Ownership tool. Delivery is considered complete once the digital assets have been sent or the site is live.
